Delivery & Returns

We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you. Below, you will find our policies regarding delivery and returns. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Delivery and Shipping

We currently ship within Switzerland only. Shipping costs 4.90 CHF per foulard, 8.50 CHF from two and 2.90 CHF for the cards. 

  • Orders are processed after full payment is received.

  • As a small team, we take 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

  • All packages are shipped via Swiss Post Priority, which typically delivers within 1 business day after dispatch.

  • Estimated total delivery time is 2–5 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the day of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, and unworn.

  • Any item that is damaged, worn, or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping fees from the original order.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund is approved per mail. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
